I grew up in the Philippines and moved to the Triangle back in 2003. While I have the good fortune to be able to travel extensively with my family, living here made me realize I do not need to go too far to enjoy the mountains, lakes, greenways, and beaches, or to sample delightful and diverse cuisines. I always come back home to Raleigh and I feel very grateful and blessed to be here.
Even before I became a licensed real estate agent, I have been keenly aware of how life-changing homeownership can be. We bought our first home in 2011 and I remember how wonderful it felt not to have to worry about paying rent anymore, and to know that the money we are spending on our house is helping us save for our future.
